This practice is self-pay and we do not accept insurance at this time. Self pay requires the responsible party pay for each session at the time of service or within 24 hours of a telehealth session. We currently accept cash, check and major credit cards. While we do not accept insurance, we provide an invoice for each service to submit to your insurance provider for HSA reimbursement or to put toward your deductible.
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 48 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the session.
